Announcement on additional registration of New form of share certificate
Respectfully to Shareholders and relevant Authorities,
On 30 September 2019, we would like to announce that CMC Corporation has received an Official Letter No. 8870/VSD – ĐK issued by Securities Depository Centers of Vietnam on additional registration of new form of share ownership certificate.
Notes:
- Reason for supplementing registration: Change of format and Update new Logo of Company
- New Share Certificate has the same validity and shall be used along with Share Certificate template previously registered to Securities Depository Centers of Vietnam.
