On the afternoon of 16 September 2020, the Announcement Ceremony for the Establishment of Institutional Council for the term 2020-2025 was held to introduce 19 members of the council. Representatives of Ministry of Information and Communications, education and training experts, and 3 leading technology firms in Vietnam : Viettel, VNPT and CMC attended the ceremony. Chairman of Board of Director/CEO of CMC Corporation - Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh was elected as one of the 19 official members of the Council.
